Why Sales?
Sales calls me because it’s where hospitality, marketing, and human connection intersect. I love understanding what motivates people, communicating value in a way that resonates, and creating experiences that build loyalty. Through the PSP, I look forward to sharpening these skills with a sales-driven framework that pairs perfectly with my background in hospitality management and marketing.
Professional Selling Program
The UCF Professional Selling Program is a highly respected, one-year program that admits just 30–35 exceptional students each year, focused on preparing the next generation of sales leaders. Students combine advanced coursework with hands-on experience in the Virga Family Sales Lab and receive guidance from experienced sales professionals. Graduates leave the program recognized nationally, confident in their skills, and ready to pursue successful, impactful careers across a variety of industries.
Platinum Partners
The Platinum tier features companies like 3MG, Abbott, Actalent, Aflac-Orlando, Cintas, Enterprise Mobility, Gartner, Eli Lilly, Northwestern Mutual, Ryan Homes, Sherwin Williams, Skillstorm, and State Farm. State Farm, for instance, has been a longstanding partner, recently renewing its $15,000 grant to support scholarships for PSP students.

Gold-level partners include Accredo, Brown & Brown, CuraScript SD, Clear Channel Outdoor, HercRentals, KPMG, Qualtrics, T-Mobile, and TEKsystems. These companies contribute to the program by offering resources, mentorship, and opportunities for students to engage with industry professionals.
